Christmas Church Events - FOLLOW THE STAR

 

After the wonderful response to decorations of Christmas Bells, this Christmas we want to decorate Holy Trinity Church with STARS…remembering the sign that was given for the Wise Men to follow and see the wonder of the newborn baby Jesus.

 

We are inviting individuals or groups to make a star(s) in whatever material they choose or draw a picture or write a poem or piece of prose about a star or stars.

 

There will be a prize for the best contribution from age 11 and under and one for Over 11s.

All entries to be given to a member of the PCC or left in church by Friday 6Th  December so they are displayed in church ready for the Family Gift Service (11.15am on 8th) and for Christingle (4pm on 9th).

Sunday 22nd 11.15am. Holy Communion and Carols

Tuesday 24th 2.30pm.  Crib Service

                          11.30pm. Midnight Communion at Mattersey or Bawtry
